What this signup collects

We collect your email address, optional first name, your consent and signup time, and simple campaign source codes. We use these to manage the Night Rabbit launch list, send the updates you request, and understand which campaigns bring signups. We do not ask for health information or payment details.

Storage and access

Signup records are stored privately with the website’s hosting provider, Cloudflare. Only authorized Night Rabbit operators can view or export the list. Email delivery providers may process your information when launch messages are enabled. We do not sell the signup list.

Site measurement

We count page visits and successful signups using first-party records. A random visit identifier in session storage avoids counting repeated views within the same browser session and day. Contact details and health information are not sent to advertising platforms. Ad pixels and personalized advertising audiences are disabled.

A secure preference cookie lets a new subscriber manage their signup in the same browser for up to one year. Short-lived, hashed network identifiers help limit automated submissions; raw IP addresses are not stored in the signup database. The hosting service may maintain its own operational logs.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from email preferences in the browser you used to join, or through your personal unsubscribe link in future emails. If that link is unavailable, email ceo@completelydoneforyou.com to request access, correction, deletion, or removal from the list. Unsubscribing stops launch messages; a minimal suppression record may be retained to respect that preference.

Retention and age

We keep information while it is needed for the launch list and requested updates, or to document consent and opt-out preferences. Night Rabbit’s list is intended for adults 18 and older. Do not submit information about a child.
